Q. How do I look after my new garden tool?

Q. What is the best way to sharpen my tool?

A. Our Pro Sharpener is available from our online shop. We also provide 'User Instructions' to ensure you get the most out of them. (Click HER for user instructions)

Q. Do you sell spare parts for my tools?

A. We provide springs, secateurs blades and saw blades from our shop. Click HERE to be directed. If of course you do not see what you need or are not sure, please use our 'Contact' page to send a message.

Q. My Pro Tool is broken/snapped, how do I request a replacement?

A. Please send details of what you were cutting, the thickness of the branch and photos of the item on our 'Contact' page. 

Q. Why do you charge an additional £6 for the Highlands postcode area?

A. This is due to additional charges we receive from our delivery supplier.
