How much will delivery cost?

  • Standard delivery is FREE to all UK mainland addresses

  • Delivery to Highlands is an additional £6 (dependant on weight)

  • Express delivery is no more than £4 per order or free when you spend over £50

  • Next Day Delivery - Price available on request by contact us

Where do we deliver?

  • Standard delivery and express delivery - England (Mainland), Wales, Scotland (Mainland only, no islands) only

  • In order to maintain our high levels of service, we regret that we cannot ship to:

    • Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, the Channel Islands or Internationally.

How long will delivery take? Extended due to Coronavirus

  • Due to the current situation, handling time is currently 2 working days form order, Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays

  • Free Standard Delivery to UK mainland addresses takes between 7-8 working days from dispatch 

  • Express Delivery (cost option) to UK mainland addresses takes 3-4 working days from dispatch

  • Royal Mail, Hermes and Yodel dependant on item size

How can I find out if you deliver to my address?

How can I track my order?

  • We will notify you by email when your order is dispatched and provide a tracking number (where applicable)

  • Deliveries take place between approx 8am-9pm, Monday to Friday and on some occasions, they may deliver at the weekends. Excluding public holidays.

Signature Required

  • A signature will generally be required for receipt of all orders

What if I am not at home to accept delivery? 

Royal Mail

  • If the courier is Royal Mail, they will leave a calling card, with collection instructions, if they have not been able to leave the item with a neighbour.


  • If the courier is Hermes,

    • They may leave it with a neighbour or they will take the parcel back to the depot. A calling card should be left either way. 

    • It is then best to contact Hermes directly, to arrange a new drop off date or collection. A contact number will be on the calling card for you to contact them.

Delivery Damage

Damaged goods happen very rarely but if you do think there is an issue do not attempt to use any goods. Take pictures of the damage and contact us immediately and within fourteen days of delivery. For more information about returns please see our Terms & Conditions
